The Plan d'Aménagement Particulier (PAP) for "Am Bommert" located in Leudelange is currently under development, covering an area of 6.47 hectares with plans for over 350 residential units, including affordable housing, and a total gross buildable area exceeding 50,000 square meters. Located in the neighboring municipality of Luxembourg, Leudelange will benefit from a new rapid tram stop starting in 2030, enhancing its connectivity. As the project is still in the planning stages, it aims to provide a modern and accessible living environment in a rapidly growing area.
